Jupiter Ascending did pretty badly at the box office. It earned 51.5M globally in 65 markets. Considering its 200M+ budget, it is not good at all. But on Tumblr, I sense it could become some kinda of a cult. Despite of its dismal boxoffice number, it jumped to No.1 on IMDb MovieMeter. I went to see Jupiter Ascending yesterday at 7pm. There were about 20-30 people. I chose 3D, but the theatre got their projector messed up. So the first 10 minutes were ruined. I thought the theatre would give us a free ticket for compensation. It didn't happen ( Read more... )
